**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop, plan, and implement the MYP curriculum in alignment with IB guidelines and school standards.
- Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design formative and summative assessments that measure student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Use assessment data to inform instructional decisions and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- **Inquiry-Based Teaching**:

- Foster a student-centered, inquiry-based learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that develop students' research and investigative skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
- Encourage student responsibility and self-discipline while promoting a culture of mutual respect.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a coherent and integrated MYP program.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of current educational trends, research, and best practices in MYP education.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the school's educational programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
