**Responsibilities**:
- Researching about the business and content creation topics
- Understanding the industry and identifying ways of generating leads
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and prospective clients
- Researching about the prospect’s business to have context before the call and personalize it
- Generating leads through informed outbound calling, social selling, business networking, personal contacts, etc.
- Fixing qualified sales meetings as per targets given by the head and achieving it consistently on a monthly basis
- Should be able to generate interest in prospective clients, handle their objections and send additional information whenever required
- Promoting company’s services on all digital platforms
Additional Responsibilities:
- Working on pitches & participating in them
Project-specific research
- Decoding & Consolidating client briefs for teams to understand scope of work
- Understanding end to end stages of projects:
- Interactions with clients and understanding of the brief
- Competitive content analysis
Must-Haves:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good listening skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound reach and handling clients (experience of working with a production house is a bonus)
- Basic understanding of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, etc.
- Self starter and willing to learn about GoodFellas Studio’s services, its customers, and competitive positioning
- Comfortable working with latest technological tools and platforms provided by the company
- Exceptional team player
- High attention to detail
