**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative**
**Experience: 3+ years**
**CTC: 6 LPA (depending on the experience and profile )**
**Location: Mumbai**
**Working days: 5.5 days onsite.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity offerings.
- Profile and analyze customer data to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a focus on IT solutions, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.
- Strong ability to profile and analyze customer data for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
