Shift: Rotational (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Weekly Offs: 2 per week

Monthly Salary: ₹20,100 + Night Shift Allowance (Up to ₹3,000)

Total Monthly Pay (Before Deductions): ₹23,100

Job Summary:
We’re hiring Customer Care Executives for our US Inbound Voice Process with a focus on Sales and Upselling. You’ll handle incoming calls from US customers, provide support, and promote products/services to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries

Promote products and upsell during interactions

Handle objections professionally and close sales

Update call details in CRM

Meet individual and team sales targets

**Requirements**:
Strong English communication (verbal & written)

Experience in customer service/sales preferred

Good multitasking and negotiation skills

Comfortable with rotational shifts

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,100.00 per month
