**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Provide a warm welcome and ensure that all guests are seated and attended to promptly.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests, ensuring their experience is memorable.
- Ensure all guests are served promptly and that their orders are accurate.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and motivate waitstaff, bartenders, and other front-of-house employees during service.
- Coordinate the flow of service between the kitchen, bar, and dining areas to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.
- Manage the team during peak hours to maintain efficiency and organization.
- **Operational Management**:

- Ensure smooth service operations, monitoring table turnover, pacing, and service quality.
- Manage and oversee reservations, ensuring that seating arrangements and wait times are handled efficiently.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Ensure that all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are adhered to in the front-of-house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining areas, ensuring that tables, chairs, and floors are clean and organized.
- **Billing & Cash Handling**:

- Ensure that guest checks are accurately processed and payments are collected.
- Monitor cash handling and assist with register operations when necessary.
- Assist with managing the opening and closing of the restaurant/bar.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the point of contact between kitchen staff and servers to ensure that all orders are correctly communicated and executed.
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding any operational issues or guest feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
