We are looking for an experienced designer with a top-notch portfolio, who is passionate about user experience design. You should understand the product design process from beginning to end, including user stories, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and design specifications.

- 3+ Years of professional experience with bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in interaction design, human computer interaction, visual design, sociology, psychology, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and knowledge of prototyping
- Hands-on experience in user research. Ability to analyse and evaluate data
- Experience working with design systems, even building one
- Complete proficiency in oral and written English communication
- Comfortable with agile practices and principles
- An understanding of the iOS Human Interface Guidelines
- An understanding of the iterative design process. A portfolio demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and design processes

- Design products through the entire lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to developer handoffs
- Advocate for our users by understanding their complex problems and then creating meaningful and efficient experiences
- Work closely with developers to understand technical constraints and ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
- Analyse the successes of your solutions and using that feedback to improve upon them
- Collaborate with Product Management to increase the competitiveness of the product and develop the strategy for features, balance user, and business needs

**Brownie points for**:

- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with B2B products and B2B2C Products
- Previous experience in Fintech, Big-data and AI based products
- Inspiring case studies telling the story of you and your team's impact to build insanely great experiences
