As an Admission Counselor & Telecaller, you play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process while also actively engaging in telecalling to promote educational programs, generate leads, and support enrollment efforts. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a deep understanding of educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance:
Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.

Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential students from provided lists or databases, introducing and explaining educational programs, highlighting their features and benefits.

Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential students.

Application Processing:
Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline the admission process and address any issues.

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning during telecalling interactions.

Record and maintain accurate information about leads and interactions in the CRM system.

Communication:
Address inquiries, provide timely updates on admission status, and offer ongoing support.

Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with potential students during telecalling, addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Follow up with leads to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and provide additional information.

Sales Support:
Provide detailed information about pricing, promotions, and additional services to interested students during telecalling.

Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule appointments or pass on qualified leads for further follow-up.

Events and Outreach:
Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities during telecalling downtime.

Contribute to the development of strategies for increasing enrollment through telecalling initiatives.

Targets and Reporting:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets as set by the team or organization.

Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, admission trends, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, or a related discipline).

Previous experience in admission counseling, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.

Ability to work independently, handle rejection positively, and persistently pursue leads.

Results-driven and able to work towards set targets in both admission counseling and telecalling capacities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
