**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding IAS/UPSC coaching programs, courses, and admission process.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads; convert them into admissions.
- Provide detailed information about the institute’s courses, faculty, study material, and facilities.
- Assist in the admission process - registration, documentation, and fee collection.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve admission targets as per monthly/quarterly goals.
- Coordinate with faculty, marketing team, and management for smooth operations.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required.

**Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- Graduate (any stream) with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
- Ability to explain complex details in a simple and convincing manner.
- Good command over English and Hindi (local language preferred).
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
