Job Title: Admission Counsellor – IAS Coaching

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Preferred Candidate: Female

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding IAS/UPSC coaching programs, courses, and admission process.
  • Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads; convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain proper follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and counseling sessions.
  • Provide detailed information about the institute's courses, faculty, study material, and facilities.
  • Assist in the admission process – registration, documentation, and fee collection.
  • Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve admission targets as per monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Coordinate with faculty, marketing team, and management for smooth operations.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate (any stream) with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex details in a simple and convincing manner.
  • Good command over English and Hindi (local language preferred).
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM).
