We are seeking dedicated Education Counsellors to join our team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive documentation services to clients enrolled for Study Visa applications for UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Services: Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documents for the Study Visa process.
  • Application Assessment: Review and assess the completeness of visa application files.
  • Case Preparation: Prepare cases for final lodgment to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa requirements.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client queries via calls, chat, and emails promptly.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting clients in understanding their eligibility criteria, application procedures, and documentation needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in admission/visa counseling or a related field (overseas education industry preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English proficiency; ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in adaptability, time management, organization skills; able to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; empathetic towards clients' concerns and aspiration

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (6 working days)
  • Salary: Negotiable based on skills and interview performance
  • Schedule: Day shift
