**Job Description: Admission Counsellor (Female)**

**Position**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Sector 37-C, Chandigarh
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 5+ Years
**Salary**: 25,000-45,000 Per Month
**Reporting To**: Admissions Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Outreach**:

- Generate leads from various sources, including online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Understand the academic needs and career aspirations of students.
- Provide detailed information about programs, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Counsel students and parents, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- **Achieving Admission Targets**:

- Work towards achieving monthly and yearly enrollment targets.
- Convert leads into admissions through persistent follow-ups and persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with promotional campaigns.
- **Documentation and Processes**:

- **Market Awareness and Networking**:

- Stay updated on competitor institutions, courses, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education consultants.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Maintain a database of leads and admissions for reporting purposes.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the management on admission progress and challenges.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in education, marketing, or related disciplines).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in educational counselling or sales roles is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- **Target-Driven**: Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales or admission targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
