- Lead 10+ Team of Freight Rate Verification process
- Ensure the freight invoices are processed as per the internal timelines
- Ensure the Pay on Time is maintained for all the regions as per target
- Ensure Statement of accounts received from the carriers and reconciled on monthly basis and any differences properly reported and agreed
- Ensure quality processing from the team members and any errors are reviewed and corrective actions taken appropriately
- To complete the standard approvals / adhoc approvals on time
- Support GAO and other internal/external audit deliverables
- Ensure adequate Operational Controls and quality / timely deliverables.
- Ensure people reviews, enhancing performance culture, adequate training plan for the team and upskilling requirements
- Ensure Monthly Governance metrics are prepared and reviewed before meeting with LL4
- Ensure meeting business continuity, as and when required
- Champion various process improvement to drive efficiencies and better controls; use innovative tools like RPA, etc..
- Work with cross functional teams and support iERP and new launches
- Review metrics, analyze data to proactively address issues, gaps
- Work collaboratively with customers across North America, Europe and IMG
