**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, chromebook, firewall, router, printer etc
- (Knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must).
- Troubleshooting problems related to PC, Printers/Scanner, Local Area Network, Mail.
- Providing assistance on Windows Power Shell, setting up Network Printer/Scanner, Data.
- Recovery, Local Lan Setup (Punching IO, Crimping Cat6 Cables along with Wall Mounted Configuration, Data Migration etc.
- Basic knowledge of(installation purpose) - Ms office, Tally/Computex Software, Attendance machine, Networking, shared network, PPT, Google Calendar, Thunderbird
