We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic advertising agency. As a Creative Copywriter, you will play a vital role in creating captivating and compelling content that effectively communicates our clients' brand messages across various digital platforms. Your innovative approach to storytelling and exceptional writing skills will contribute to the success of our clients' advertising campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including art directors, designers, and strategists, to develop and execute creative concepts that align with clients' objectives and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research on clients' products, services, and target audience to ensure accurate and compelling messaging.
- Craft attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to effectively capture audience attention and drive desired actions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across various advertising channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital advertising and social media.
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and develop social media strategies and content plans that align with clients' objectives.
- Generate fresh ideas and innovative concepts for social media campaigns, considering the platform's specific requirements and audience behavior.
- Write engaging descriptions and captions for social media posts, ensuring they are concise, impactful, and on-brand.
- Proofread and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements, tight deadlines, and changing client needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Min 1 year experience as a Creative Copywriter in an advertising agency or similar environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative copywriting projects.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative concepts and ideas.
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive and compelling copy that elicits desired responses.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
