**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content development.
- Edit and proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing to continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform content creation.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and is aligned with keyword strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in an agency environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO and keyword research.
- Excellent research skills to gather information and insights for content development.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio of previous work demonstrating creativity, versatility, and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
