We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Content Writer to join our creative team. As a Content Writer, you will be an essential part of our marketing efforts, responsible for crafting compelling and valuable content that drives engagement, educates our audience, and promotes our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Produce content that aligns with our brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic rankings.
Write content that balances keyword integration with natural readability and user experience.

Audience Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content to address their pain points, needs, and interests effectively.
Craft content that resonates with different segments of our audience, ensuring inclusivity and relevance.

Work closely with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to enhance content with visuals and interactive elements.

Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Continuously improve content quality based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content marketing strategies and content calendars.
Suggest innovative content ideas and formats to attract and retain our audience's attention.

Content Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to promote content across various channels.
Utilize social media platforms and other distribution channels to maximize content visibility and reach.

Content Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, such as website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions for content optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong research skills and ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
