**Responsibilities**:
**Creative Project Coordination**:
- Manage and coordinate various creative projects, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with the content writers, copywriters, graphic designers, and video scriptwriters to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Review and provide feedback on creative content and designs to ensure alignment with clients' brand guidelines and objectives.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within specified deadlines and allocated resources.
**Content Writing and Copywriting**:
- Conduct research to gather information and insights for content development.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with marketing strategies and goals.
**Graphic Design Coordination**:
- Collaborate with graphic designers to convey project requirements, provide creative direction, and ensure the timely delivery of design assets.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts, ensuring they align with clients' brand identities and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to maintain consistency across visual assets and marketing materials.
**Video Script Writing**:
- Collaborate with the video production team to develop compelling video scripts that effectively convey key messages and engage the target audience.
- Conduct research and gather information to support video script development.
- Ensure video scripts align with brand voice, marketing goals, and target audience preferences.
**Brand Tagline Creation**:
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand values, unique selling propositions, and target market.
- Develop memorable and impactful brand taglines that effectively communicate clients' brand messages and resonate with their target audience.
**Customer Relationship Executive (CRI) Tasks**:
- Handle client communications and act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively address client needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1+ years in a similar creative coordination or project management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of content writing, copywriting, graphic design, and video script writing principles.
- Familiarity with brand identity development and tagline creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
He/she should have a keen interest in Digital marketing and keep up with industry trends. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape and share this knowledge with the team.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹140,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
