**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate multiple client projects from briefing to final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Collaborate with creative, branding, and digital teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies.
- Review and ensure quality control of all deliverables before client submission.
- Handle client feedback efficiently and coordinate necessary revisions with internal teams.
- Maintain documentation of project updates, approvals, and communications.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in project coordination, preferably in a **creative/digital marketing agency**.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and workflow tracking systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Project coordination: 3 years (preferred)
