**Job Description for Marketing Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning & Execution**:

- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing materials and content align with brand strategy.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write and proofread copy for marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to the brand voice and messaging.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements based on
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, product launches, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure all event materials are prepared.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and managing schedules for the marketing team.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Communicate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education: Master’s /** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internship experience can be considered).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with an ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
