Marketing Officer

We are seeking a target-driven Marketing Officer to promote our premium villa projects and expand our client base. The role involves both digital and field-level marketing activities, including site visits, lead generation, and client follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Visit potential clients, real estate events, and project sites to promote our villas.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage social media platforms and local advertisements.
  • Prepare reports on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Two wheeler with license
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate or construction marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field activities.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales and marketing targets.
