We are looking for talented individuals with fresh perspectives, new skills, and creative energy to contribute to the programs of our international channel. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the creative and operational processes of a project, orchestrating ideas, resources, and people to bring concepts to life.

A Creative Producer in post-production plays a key role in making creative decisions regarding edits, sound, and other aesthetic aspects. Your creativity will provide alternative perspectives that enhance the production, resulting in a more cohesive final product. You will manage the post-production process from start to finish for TV projects, documentaries, or interview shows.**Skills**:

- Directorial skills in video post-production with an excellent sense of trending, soulful storytelling techniques.
- Analytical abilities to interpret content requirements and effectively package them during post-production. This requires a clear understanding of the project and program drafts.
- Story structuring expertise to create engaging narratives and convey the right emotions.
- Video editing background with knowledge of filmmaking elements to shape a project’s creative content.
- Ability to collaborate closely with video editors to meet project goals, guiding the process from post-production through final delivery.
- Experience developing ideas into scripts or screenplays and finalizing program drafts.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and grammar skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
- Communication Skills: As a Creative Producer, you will collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, colorists, and sound engineers. Maintaining open communication with on-site producers, program heads, the QR team, and digital media teams is essential. You should actively listen to feedback and respond constructively, while also expressing your ideas clearly and justifying your editing decisions.
- Adaptability: The role requires flexibility and adaptability. You must manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with various departments, and perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines. You should be comfortable handling changes and challenges, learning new skills, staying updated on trends, and exploring innovations. Your ability to work across genres, formats, and platforms while adjusting your editing style and approach is key to success.
