**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases to promote and sell products or services.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer calls from customers and provide information about products, services, or promotions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify sales leads through phone conversations.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Achieve set sales targets and upsell additional services or products where applicable.
- **Customer Relations**: Build rapport with customers and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Data Entry**: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- **Follow-Up**: Schedule follow-up calls with leads or customers, ensuring that they receive timely communication.
- **Provide Feedback**: Report customer insights, concerns, and sales performance to the team leader or manager.
- **Adherence to Scripts**: Follow the provided sales scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree may be required for some positions).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not always required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
