- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Gather and analyze information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide post-sale support to address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Resolve any problems or complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Track progress against goals and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
