**Role Overview**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our brand's journey into the local market. You will be responsible for identifying and securing business with large retail outlets, wholesalers, and hospitality chains, building and nurturing strong customer relationships to ensure our brand’s growth and visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our branded basmati rice to large retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality chains in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through field visits and direct engagement.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the marketing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and grow within the company.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Mumbai and Maharashtra region.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
- Field sales: 3 years (required)
