Sales Promoter

Promote and increase product sales by engaging with customers and showcasing key product features.
- Ensure high visibility of products in retail outlets through attractive displays, shelf management, and POS (Point of Sale) materials.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations, tastings, or sampling campaigns to create awareness.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales team or management.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff, store managers, and customers to increase product sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep the brand competitive.
- Identify opportunities for product placement, displays, and promotions in different retail stores.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product stock levels.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market feedback.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Provide training to store staff about product benefits and proper handling of products.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, tagged, and displayed in line with company standards.
- Replenish stock and ensure that products are well-stocked, organized, and in good condition.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
