Designation: IT Recruiter / Account recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter / Relationship Executive

Job Type & Location : Fulltime & Remote

Laptop: Mandatory

Timings: 9:30 to 6:30

Workings days: Monday to Friday

Minimum Experience: 1 year in IT Staffing Augmentation

Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing Clients, understanding their staffing needs, and building a rapport to ensure a continuous flow of requirements.
- Manage a pool of bench consultants who are currently not assigned to projects, ensuring their availability and

readiness for new opportunities.

Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring

mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain regular reporting of requirements, profiles shared, and interview reports on google sheets
- Develop and maintain the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
