**ROLE: IT RECRUITER (Contract-to-Hire Focus)**
**AVAILABILITY**: Immediate Joiner or 0-15 days’ notice period only.
**EXPERIENCE**:At least 2-4-years of experience in IT Recruitment.
**EDUCATION**:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred from a good business school)
**LOCATION**:Delhi NCR and Jaipur.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top IT talent.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
**Contract-to-Hire Strategy**:
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage contract-to-hire placements, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in contract-to-hire recruiting.
**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
Collaborate with other recruiters and other internal team members to share knowledge and best practices.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
**Recruitment Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on contract-to-hire positions.
**Negotiation Skills**:Ability to negotiate contracts, salaries, and benefits effectively.
**Time Management**:Ability to handle multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Tech-Savvy**:Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as Naukri, indeed, Shine, Monster etc.
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)**:
- Time to fill contract-to-hire positions
- Number of successful contract-to-hire conversions
