Recruitment Associate

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
