The Associate Account Manager position is the first step in a career path that will prepare you to become an Account Manager at BRIGHTPATH.This Associate Account Manager opportunity will teach you:1. Sell Executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.2. Develop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region.3. Identify client's staffing needs and provide staffing solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach.4. Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.5. Utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards, referrals, internet resources and direct recruitment methods.6. Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.7. Create and organize job postings schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates.Qualifications:1. 2 + years’ work experience in Staffing industry or IT / ITES sales (inside or outside sales) and looking to continue a career in sales.2. Are available for work from home with own Laptop.3. Have relevant skills and interests to pursue career in USA staffing and recruitment industry.4. Have proven experience working with the phones and other recruiting tools to source active and passive candidates.5.
