The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping- Maintain daily accounting records using Zoho Books or Tally. - Accurately record vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries. - Handle bank reconciliations, vendor ledgers, and payment reports. - Monitor accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.2. Client Billing & Vendor Payments- Prepare and manage client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones. - Create and maintain vendor payout sheets and payment schedules. - Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments.3. Compliance & Documentation- Maintain accurate records for GST, TDS, and income tax compliance. - Assist in return filing and coordinate with the CA for audits. - Keep financial documentation organized and accessible for review.4.
