Recruitment Associate

**Responsibilities**:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs for various roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, recruitment portals, and other innovative methods for talent acquisition.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
3. Interview Management:
- Provide feedback to hiring managers after each interview round and collaborate on next steps.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles to ensure timely hiring.
5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to management on the progress of open roles and recruitment campaigns.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
