CGH Earth is hiring a Commis 1 for our F&B Production team at Résidence de l'Evêché, Pondicherry. This is a wonderful opportunity for passionate culinary professionals to enhance their skills in a multi-cuisine environment while working at a prestigious heritage property.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and presenting multi-cuisine dishes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation areas.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Handle and store ingredients appropriately to maintain freshness and quality.
- Ensure adherence to kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Commis 1 or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and multi-cuisine food preparation.
- Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Team player with a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
