- The service supervisor is part of a team responsible for delivering a first-class field service response to our customers through the management and development of Field Service Personnel.
- Travel to customer locations to service equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
- Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide training and support to customers on how to operate and maintain equipment
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
- Manage customer satisfaction through effectively meeting customer needs and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Ensure the safe use of equipment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Keep technical knowledge updated by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications and participating in professional societies
- Collaborate with technical teams and share information across the organization
- Maintain parts inventory and order any necessary parts or supplies
- Responsible for Service orders and revenue management in his area of responsibility.

**Qualifications** Job Skills & Qualification**:

- ** Diploma / BE - Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) - Mandatory**:

- Ability to work productively with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge for pneumatic, motor, instrumentation and control
