Position: Service Operations Supervisor

Location: Delhi

A leading institutional sales dealing in scenting solutions is looking to hire a Operations & Service Supervisor for managing its team of service technicians & installers across India.

Operations Manager will liaison with clients for successful deployment of scenting systems at their sites leading the team of technicians. Maintain client
- vendor relationships. Plan and co-ordinate service schedules with client & service technicians across 4 zones.

Plan Service Schedule - daily / weekly / monthly

Manage Service Parts Inventory

Plan and Manage Logistics for timely delivery of material to client

Excellent MS EXCEL capability

Co-ordinate repair & service of machines in warehouse

This position would require travel within NCR region & across India hence own 2-wheeler is mandatory

**Salary**: ₹36,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
