Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory/sector.
- Visit prospective clients such as logistics companies, transporters, Travelers, Cab Hirer, construction firms, and institutional buyers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles.
**2. Customer Handling & Relationship Management**:
- Offer product demos and organize test drives.
- Ensure excellent customer service pre
- and post-sale to build long-term relationships.
**3. Financing & Documentation Support**:
- Assist customers with vehicle financing options via banks/NBFCs.
- Collect and process required documentation (KYC, income proofs, etc.).
- Coordinate with finance companies for loan approvals and disbursal.
**4. Coordination and Reporting**:
- Liaise with OEM representatives and dealership inventory managers.
- Track order status, delivery timelines, and vehicle registrations (RTO processes).
- Maintain CRM system entries and submit regular MIS reports.
**5. Market Intelligence**:
- Keep abreast of competitor activity, pricing, new launches, and market demand.
- Provide inputs on customer feedback and feature expectations to product teams.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of commercial vehicle specifications and financing
- Target orientation and self-motivation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate (Any Stream); MBA/PGDM preferred
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in sales (preferably commercial vehicle sales, B2B sales, or financial product sales)
- **Language**: Proficiency in local language and basic English/Hindi/Gujarati.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
