**JOB ROLE - Account Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable, including entering invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Assist with audits, providing documentation and answering questions from auditors.
- Perform GST reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance.
- Use Tally Prime to create and maintain accounting records.
- Enter all types of transactions into Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Generate reports from Tally Prime, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GST reconciliation, TDS, and Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
