We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. We value executives who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.

**Responsibilities**

1. Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable.

2. Confirming the receipts received from customers with sales persons accounting in Navision, Preparation of payment and receipt statement.

3. Accounts Payable
- Vendor payment, Booking the expenses and invoice verification, payment file preparation.

4. Vendor reconciliation & Aging Report

5. Statutory dues: TCS/TDS, PF calculation, accounting, and reconciliation for payment on a monthly basis.

6. Cost centre wise accounting, branch accounting, expense verification,

7. Attending Internal Audit queries.

8. Payments pertaining to Office & general expenses.

9. Bank Reconciliation in Navision

10. Verification of Purchase & Sales Invoices

11. Maintaining Fixed Asset Register & Invoices

12. Maintaining of TDS Certificates.

13. Knowledge of GST laws.

14.Basic understanding of negotiation.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Exp - 3years'
- Proven experience as an Account Executive.
- Good command over Tally (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Can join us immediately or within 10 days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
