**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Maintain and update databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- **Documentation**: Manage and organize documents, files, and records, both digital and physical.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on office activities, operations, and projects.
- **Support Services**: Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- **Customer Support**: Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate department if needed.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any administrative issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle administrative issues and resolve them efficiently.
