We started with India as our first operational market and have established a market leadership. We partner with large businesses and their entire vendor-distributor network to provide fully integrated GST/ VAT solutions, E-Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivable automation products. We are also powering tax experts to maximize savings for their clients and to do compliance 3x faster. With 99.9% uptime and scale that processes millions of documents in a few seconds, we are able to process ~$400B worth of invoices annually on our platform. ClearTax is one of the certified partners to the government in India and has direct API integrations with government infrastructure.

Given our rapid client acquisition engine, we are building up a series of adjacent business software offerings for our network of businesses. We plan to add supply chain financing, payments and lending to our product portfolio.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Handling day to day operations, processing of transactions, automation.
- To assist the customers with respect to investment & post investment process.
- Reaching out to customers and helping them by providing the information based on their requirements.
- Conducting the surveys to identify the customer issues & communicating back to the business teams.

**Role Requirements**:

- Graduate from any stream
- Fresher or Should have a minimum of 1-year experience in the financial services field with a background in Mutual Funds operations. (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ensuring all interactions are entered, followed up and closed within the stipulated TAT’s
- Ability to handle multiple activities and take on additional responsibilities
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have Positive approach
- Should be a quick learner
- Ability to do multi-task
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
