GD Simplification (Investment Analytics) - Associate

**Who we are looking for**

**What you will be responsible for**
As **GD Simplification (Investment Analytics) - Associate 2, **you will:

- Engage across various initiatives, provide analysis and testing relating to technical and operational aspects of the business product
- Review and analyze system specifications, create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Provide testing support to ensure all deliverables are met and dispatched on time in accordance with program milestones
- Work with the Business to deploy and implement new technologies, resolve issues and ensure business requirements are met
- Support operational changes to the business product, including documenting current state, transformation initiatives, and future state

- Experience of working on specific transformation initiatives
- Operational experience of investment analytics services
- Action / execution orientated
- Strong data analytics skills; good working knowledge of advanced excel
- Operational knowledge of investment management services
- Good communication and presentation skills

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate of any discipline
- 2 - 4 years of overall experience with relevant experience/exposure in operations and explicit contributions to productivity initiatives.
- Operations experience on program initiatives and implementations
- Ability to work with a larger team, and effectively partner with operational leads, technology partners, senior management and business counterparts
