  • Strong practical knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, risk management, and process certification.
  • Demonstrated success in supplier development, cost-of-quality reduction, and delivery performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA, Tableau, or similar BI tools for quality data management.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting CAD models and drawings, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
  • Familiarity with inspection equipment and precision inspection processes.
  • Strong project and time management skills; ability to work independently in a global framework.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25–40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified AS9100 / ISO9001 Lead Auditor.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
  • Experience with defense or aerospace qualification standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810).
  • Knowledge of EHS / SHE systems and business continuity practices.
  • Experience in both aerospace and precision/medical manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Asana, SolidWorks, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
Personal Qualities
  • Operates as an execution-focused professional, converting strategic direction into tangible operational excellence.
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Operations.
