Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Prepare and present quality reports to management
Here's what we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in managing large/medium-scale technical or infrastructure projects.
Soft Skills Required-Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
