**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable life insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and premium details clearly to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and cross-selling.
- Generate leads through cold calls, references, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and service requests.
- Maintain customer records, follow up for renewals, and ensure customer retention.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the company.
- Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitors.
