**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging layouts, brochures, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Create vector-based designs using **CorelDRAW** with a focus on real estate-specific layouts and branding.
- Perform image editing, retouching, and photo manipulation using **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Use **Canva** for quick-turnaround template-based design and video editing tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Graduation, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **CorelDRAW**: Advanced vector design & layout skills
- **Adobe Photoshop**: Proficient in image editing and photo manipulation
- **Canva**: Experience in quick, template-based design and basic video editing
- **Portfolio**:
A strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media is **mandatory**.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience working in the **real estate** industry or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
