**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Script Writing**: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and write short-form and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube, Brand Videos, etc.)
- **Video Shooting**: Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and capture high-quality footage. Must understand framing, lighting, and audio.
- **Editing**: Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve. Add transitions, music, motion graphics, and color correction.
- Work on trending content formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube Vlogs.
- Handle basic production setups (tripods, lights, mics, etc.) independently or with a small team.
- Be involved in brainstorming, shoot planning, and the post-production pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating content (Showreel or Portfolio required)
- Strong command of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of basic cinematography, camera operations, and editing workflows
- Ability to work with a small team or solo and deliver fast turnarounds
- Awareness of current trends on Instagram, YouTube, and social media in general
- Creativity, punctuality, and problem-solving mindset

**Bonus if you have**:

- Graphic Design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
- Motion Graphics (After Effects)
- Basic Photography skills
- Experience handling clients
