**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Location**: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)

**2. Website Management**
- Regularly update website content, blogs, and banners
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website enhancements
- Ensure website is SEO-friendly and user-centric

**3. SEO & SEM**
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
- Monitor keyword rankings and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Optimize content to improve organic visibility and rankings

**4. Paid Campaigns**
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create ad creatives, copy, and target audience segments
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

**5. Content Marketing**
- Collaborate with the content team for blog posts, landing pages, and lead magnets
- Implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns

**6. Analytics & Reporting**
- Analyze campaign performance, web traffic, and social insights
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements
- Track KPIs like CTR, CPL, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles
- Knowledge of major platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / HubSpot / SEO
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or B2B marketing (customize as needed)

**Salary**: As per industry standards / Based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
