WE HAVE URGENT OPENING FOR DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE & AD RUNNER.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Taking 100% responsibility for multiple SEO projects
- Communicating with clients, answering their questions & making changes as requested by them.
- Delivering a satisfactory increase in rankings, traffic of the project.
- Maintaining the month-on-month performance of every project.
- Direct reports/management of a team of 8 associates and senior digital marketing specialists.
- Train & Manage the SEO team.

Own the entire Paid Media department value chain - the roadmap, multi-media plan, campaign set up, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Define and track the success metrics and manage the paid media department.
- Responsible for Lead generation through paid budget
- Responsible to set up the standard practices and grow the team.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and adapting strategies to suit different channels
- Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns for lead generation
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyze competitor activity on social media
- Optimize google ads and social media campaigns in order to achieve targets set by the client
- Manage the budget allocation for all multimedia campaigns
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
