**Responsibilities**:
Schedule meetings: Prepare and schedule meetings, events, and activities
Organize files: Maintain a filing system and organize documents
Support office operations: Screen phone calls, respond to employee concerns, and greet visitors
Implement policies: Communicate and implement office policies
Manage supplies: Manage office supplies
Anticipate and resolve problems: Anticipate problems and resolve them
Update supervisor: Update your supervisor on the status of projects
**Skills**:
Organization: Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Communication: Have strong communication skills
Management: Have good management skills
Interpersonal: Have good interpersonal skills
Problem-solving: Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education
