Telecaller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and manage inbound calls professionally.
- Handle a database of HNI clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Pitch various investment products and assist clients in opening Demat accounts.
- Coordinate with MOSL product teams and backend support.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
- Log all client interactions and track follow-ups.
- Provide relevant and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when needed and work collaboratively with the team.
- Meet performance benchmarks such as call handling time, conversion rate, and resolution accuracy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in the **financial services** industry.
- Bachelor's degree (Graduation is a must).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and investment tools.
- A client-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
