**Sales Coordinator (Industrial Automation/ Engineering)**
- Coordinating the internal sales activities by managing schedules, filling documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Should follow-up with customer for payments
- Be well-versed with MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint
- Must be ready to travel within city limits for visits. Outside city travel is not required.
- Must have his own vehicle to get around within the city for visits
- Should be able to understand technical terms used in industry and should be well-versed with engineering concepts
- Should be able to work independently and possess good inter-personal skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Responding to customer complaints and give after-sales support when requested
- Prepare and maintain documents of sales quotations, DAP, inspection reports and customer complaints, customer feedback as per company ISO 9001 system.
- Inform clients of delays or problems. Should be able to organise service visits of service team members by coordinating gatepass and other formalities
- Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi languages
- Assist in preparation and organising of promotional material or events
- Should be able to handle portal inquiries from Indiamart, TradeIndia among others
- Develop and maintain records and good relationship with customers. Should always be available for customer calls and meetings
